Insight360 Home Inspections follows an extensive protocol when inspecting homes. As the owner operator of Insight 360 Home Inspections I look at the roof, chimney and the home’s ventilation system. Additionally, I examine the electrical service entrance and the plumbing stack while on the roof.

Once down from the roof I take a look at the exterior of the home concentrating on a variety of elements. Next, I move inside the home, beginning with the basement or the first level, and work my way up to the top level or attic. The most important things I look at include the building’s structure, the insulation and ventilation. Additionally, I look closely at how functional the heating and cooling systems are.

After completion, I provide a thorough inspection report that details my findings and offer suggestions on how to rectify any issues, especially the most pressing ones.

Of course, I am always readily available to answer any questions you may have before and after the inspection is complete.
